Creative Emajinations still serving youth during Covid-19

Creative Emajinations is following local state and CDC guidelines the safety of our youth is important and we want to make sure we are doing all we can to stay safe during this time. We have been missing all youth we have decided to do a soft opening to allow a small number of youth to be able to stay active during Covid-19 parents, guardians, and program coordinators have the option of receiving online services. We encourage online learning as an option Creative Emajinations look forward to serving youth during Covid-19.

Limited Size Classes

We are offering limited sizes classes

At each partner location we service youth will only have no more than 10 attendees per session we have designated space for youth to sit and while rehearsing to help follow social distancing guidelines.
Mask have been donated to help assist every youth in making sure we are following social distancing
​guidelines. 
Volunteers working with youth will wear a mask at all times.
Two 15 minute breaks will be taken between sessions for water, restroom breaks and snacks. 
After sessions 15 minute will allow volunteers to properly clean and sanitization for everyone to safely leave the building.

Each youth attendee must be registered in advance

• Prior to class, parents and guardians may wait in your car or safely distanced outside. We ask that you do not sit in the same area with youth prior to class. You will enter through the lobby at the designated class time --No Walk Ins will be Accepted
  
• Please limit personal belongings and leave unnecessary items in your car. Anything you do bring with you should be placed under the participating youth chair.
